Mr. HANUMAN PRASAD SANTLAL AGARWAL (Chairman):
In 1985, Mr. Hanuman Prasad Santlal Agarwal relocated from Calcutta to Surat, initiating our journey in textile distribution. Our focus on prompt payments and a strong vendor network laid the foundation for seamless transactions. By 1987-1989, we expanded into textile production, prioritizing quality and technology. Our commitment to excellence propelled us to become a top 10 company in the industry.
His elder son, Samir Agarwal, demonstrated ambition from an early age. After completing his education and gaining industry experience, he joined our family business in 1997, overseeing key operations.
In 2001, his second son, Sumit Agarwal, joined the business, elevating product quality in yarn texturizing and sizing. His dedication and hands-on approach have earned us the trust of our customers, solidifying our reputation for high-quality products.

MR. SAMIR HANUMAN PRASAD AGARWAL
Mr. Samir Agarwal: A Journey of Innovation and Vision!
Born on 12th July 1979, Mr. Samir Agarwal pursued his education with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Surat, Gujarat. In 1998, he joined the Rawalwasia Group with a vision to modernise yarn operations, focusing on dyeing, twisting, and sizing for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Driven by innovation and sustainability, Mr. Samir diversified Rawalwasia Group into coal by importing top quality from different countries and supplying them. Later, he introduced the Logistics division in Fulltruck Load (FTL), aiming to establish India's leading company.
Under Mr. Samir Agarwal's leadership, the company has experienced significant growth, characterised by ongoing development and process automation implementation. Also, Rawalwasia Group is expanding globally, leveraging India's growth landscape and inviting top talent to shape its future.
Mr. SUMIT HANUMAN PRASAD AGARWAL (MD)
Mr. Sumit Agarwal embarked on an educational journey that led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Surat, Gujarat. Joining the family business, RAWALWASIA YARN DYEING PVT. LTD., in 2001, he was focused on product quality, overseeing the yarn texturizing, twisting, and sizing unit. Our company supplies raw materials, yarns, and fabrics, ensuring customer satisfaction through rigorous testing.
In September 2021, we expanded into the solar energy sector with Greenbeam Earth Pvt. Ltd., initiating the development of a solar park and solar power projects. Despite challenges, including acquiring a manufacturing unit, we remain committed to growth and providing opportunities for professional development within the Rawalwasia Group.
