Position: Senior Sales Coordinator – Logistics
Responsibilities:
Enhance Sales Process
Primary purpose is to facilitate and enhance the sales process by coordinating and managing activities essential to the sales team's success.
Streamlining and Collaboration
Role involves streamlining communication, organising information, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external clients.
Sales Growth
The focus should be optimising efficiency, contributing to sales growth, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Coordination with departments
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Also collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationships
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Onboard new Customers
Coordinating with the Sales Team for new customer onboarding, Sales Orders, and Purchase Order
Requirements:
- Graduation or post-graduate studies from a recognised institution.
- A diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of sales-related experience.
- Knowledge of Sales Strategy, Data Analysis and Data Comprehension
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Google and Sheet Fundamentals
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
