Position: Sales Manager – Logistics
Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
Sales Strategy
Develop customized sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
RFQ Management
Manage the RFQ process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Sales Reporting
Generate specific sales reports in alignment with position goals.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams for cross-selling activities and seamless operations.
Market Intelligence
Collect market data to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a recognized institution; a diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales-related experience in logistics.le, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to achieving team goals.
