Position: Sales Manager – Industrial & Corporate Sales
Responsibilities:
Manage Corporate Sales Operations
Manage and oversee corporate sales operations to achieve sales targets.
Maintain Strong Relationship
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at the plant level and with state heads.
Generate New Business
Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential sales opportunities.
Handle purchase inquiries
Handle purchase inquiries and provide service-oriented solutions to clients.
Market trends and conduct market surveys
Monitor market trends and conduct market surveys to stay informed about industry developments.
Participate in industry events
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Presentable personality with solid presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior sales staff.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving sales targets.
