HR Executive at Rawalwasia Group
Position: HR Executive
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments. Ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
HR Administration
Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Training and Development
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize relevant training programs for skill enhancement and career development of employees.
Performance Management
Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms. Monitor employee performance and provide guidance as needed.
HR Policies and Procedures
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
