Coal is a sedimentary deposit composed predominantly of readily combustible carbon. Coal is black or brownish-black and has a composition that (including inherent moisture) consists of more than 50 percent by weight and more than 70 percent by volume of carbonaceous material.

Rawalwasia, India’s leading coal supplier, offers its customers a complete mine-to-plant solution. Rawalwasia imports various qualities of coal from the USA & Indonesia and trades in different attributes of Indian Coal. We are engaged in providing our clients with a high-quality assortment of Coal. We maintain high-quality standards with the coal being inspected at various stages by recognized and accredited inspection agencies. Types of Coal

Indonesian Coal

Indonesia is blessed with readily available coal reserves, primarily in Sumatra and Kalimantan islands. Indonesian coal generally has medium calorific values and a relatively high percentage of volatile matter. The coal has low ash and Sulphur content, making it some of the cleanest coal in the world and thus a more environmentally-friendly solution or blending material for coal-fired power plants available at our Rawalwasia Group.

South African Coal

Rawalwasia Group is one of the pioneer South African Coal providers and has found a significant place in a broad spectrum of industrial applications. This coal is low in moisture, contains high carbon or ash content, and has a higher calorific value. We are known for supplying the finest quality coal to our clients at reasonable prices. We are an eminent trader, importer, and supplier of Coal available at our Rawalwasia Group.

Australian Coal

Rawalwasia Group also imports high-quality coal from Australia. Australian coal is black coal. Industries primarily use bituminous coals to generate power and produce coke, a key ingredient in iron and steel manufacturing.

Our Rawalwasia Group utilizes Australian coal in other metallurgical applications, cement manufacturing, alumina refineries, paper manufacturing, and various industrial applications.

Indian Coal

Rawalwasia Group is one of the cardinal suppliers of Indian coal nationwide. The range of national coal varieties we offer is of superior quality with high carbon content and user-specified calorific value, making us the leading supplier of Indian coal to various industries. We procure coal from only trustworthy sources and well-known mines and extract it under expert supervision.

US Coal

Rawalwasia Group leads the coal industry, using US coal to power diverse sectors. Bituminous and sub-bituminous are the main types of American coal, each with unique characteristics. Bituminous coal, abundant in Appalachia and the Illinois Basin, is prized for its high energy content. Sub-bituminous coal, mainly found in the Western United States, has lower sulfur levels. Despite differences, American coal is known for its quality and vital role in power generation and manufacturing. Rawalwasia Group ensures quality and timely coal delivery, pioneering innovation and sustainability.

Refused Derived Fuel (RDF)

Refused Derived Fuel (RDF) is a sustainable energy solution transforms non-recyclable waste materials into usable fuel. Typically sourced from industrial or commercial sites, this waste undergoes shredding, drying, and compaction processes before being burned to generate electricity. RDF is an alternative to fossil fuels and reduces waste sent to landfills. By harnessing RDF, we not only divert waste from landfills but also produce renewable energy for various applications, including heating and power generation. Join us in embracing RDF as a critical component of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Features:
High Purity “RDF” (Refused Derived Fuel) is made out of municipal solid waste (MSW).
Non-Hazardous Material.
Solid Fuel.
High Purity RDF / SAF “proposed as an alternate to coal.”
RDF Content:
ParameterValue
Plastics (Mostly LDPE)65-70%
Cotton, Clothes15-20%
Rubber15-20%
Inert & Other05-10%
Packing:
In the form of Bales fully wrapped with plastic films of the following sizes.
Rectangle Bale of Size : 1.1 x 1.1 x1.2 Meter (Approx Weight 1200 Kg).
Round bale of Size: 1.2 Dia x 1.15 Meter Height (Approx Weight 700kg).
Applications:
It can easily use up to 20% (Replacement of coal) in the boiler; it has a manual fuel feeding system.
Can be used at least 20% where Agro Residue/briquettes are made.
It can be used in FBC boilers after providing a feeding mechanism.
Here are some Benefits that will help us understand the RDF:
Quality is far better than Lignite and Agro Residue.
Have GAR similar to Indonesian Coal.
They have chloride, sulfur, and ash lower than Indonesian coal.
Easy to Transport, unload and store.
No further cutting/shredding before use.
It does not emit toxic emissions like dioxins/furans when used.
